I stayed for the second time with my daughter to see the illuminations. I can't fault the hotel, it is so clean, rooms are very modern and the food is outstanding. The management and the staff are so friendly and obliging. They made us feel very welcome. There is even a kids club which was most unexpected and Nicci made by daughter feel very at home.

We will definitely visit again and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a peaceful break away in Blackpool. The location is great as opposite tram stop so the fact you are a little way out of the centre does not matter.
